Whilst digital certificates are just one of the many benefits of using Vancert’s Job Management software, for some they are considered its key feature. And for those who manage their diaries on the go, sometimes a job many not be pre-booked and a single certificate is all that’s required from an appointment.
That’s why we’ve added a brand new feature, allowing users to generate standalone certificates directly form the app’s homepage without having to first raise a job.
Create a professional digital certificate in 4 easy steps
1. Without creating a job, just choose the Create Certificate option
2. Choose the report you need
3. Pick an existing customer from your database or add someone new
4. Add as many appliances as you need, complete the certificates and you’re done
You can add an invoice if needed, take a payment, and then view and share the certificates with your customers.
What’s more, in the background we’ll do all the other work for you. We’ll log the visit as a job against that customer’s record and file everything away just as we normally do.
This new feature is available now for Apple users and is planned to soon follow on Android.
Remember though, if you want to use any other features, such as adding multiple reports, taking photos, creating follow-on jobs etc., just raise a job from your diary and do everything from within the job.
